Job Summary

A health technology company is in need of a Remote IT and IT Sales Senior Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating sourcing strategies and facilitates the assessment process
  • Conducting thorough intake sessions, clarifying staffing needs and responsibilities
  • Conducting a full in-depth Interview with qualified applicants to identify top talent for open positions

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct recruiting experience working with all levels within an organization
  • IT, Technical, Software Engineering, and AI recruiting experience
  • Strong assessment and influencing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and adjust competing priorities accordingly with strong attention to detail
