Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote IT Automation Engineer Intern in Palo Alto.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and testing internal applications focused on streamlining Application Operations
• Ensuring the automation developed is scalable and aligned to business needs of the Application Operations team
• Identifying and optimizing process or tasks to automate

Required Skills:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising Senior) in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• A quick learner, who finds opportunities to gain and share knowledge
• Effective communication skills with all levels of management
• Understanding of Docker containers
• Understanding of Kubernetes Concepts
