Remote IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote IT Business Analyst will bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Operations to create business value through new product introductions and process improvements
• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitating communication between business and IT teams
• Create and maintain business and functional requirements while supporting User Acceptance Testing and End User Training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and create user stories
