Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating the development of business requirements for technical solutions
- Identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Conducting root cause analysis and assessing risk and required escalation points
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience as a business analyst or 3 years of experience as a business analyst combined with 3 or more years of related experience in mortgage lending
- Experience in testing software; both scoping and execution
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
- Advanced knowledge of technical documentation methods and procedures
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
