Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years of IT recruiting sales experience
  • 7 + years of Federal / IT Recruiting Industry experience
  • Experience recruiting on cleared positions
  • Proven history of results acquiring new clients for recruitment/staffing firm
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with senior level executives
  • Strong negotiating skills (pay/bills rates, direct hire fees, etc.)
