Job Summary
A workers’ compensation healthcare administrator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Business Systems Analyst II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert when development is completed by external third party partners
- Ensure that project documentation is written at the appropriate level and size to allow the team to deliver value frequently
- Perform system/functional testing and demos to ensure product changes meet acceptance criteria
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Relevant systems analysis experience required for most job levels within this job family- additional details further below
- Knowledge of One Call’s products and services
- Knowledge of claims management industry
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Knowledge of industry-standard process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO, CMM, etc.)
