An IT company is filling a position for a Remote IT Call Center Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that forms and applications are completed in an efficient, compliant and accurate manner
- Responding to inbound calls and requests for customer assistance and support
- Reviewing forms and applications for accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience processing documentation in an administrative capacity
