Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Category Management Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building, developing, and managing a team of 5-8 Category Managers
- Acting as a trusted advisor with key business leaders
- Developing risk- and probability-adjusted multi-year savings forecasts
Required Skills:
- Up to 20% overnight travel if located outside of Louisville, KY
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of relevant sourcing experience
- 2 or more years of IT procurement experience (software and/or hardware)
- Experience leading and coaching category managers
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
