Job Summary

An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Client Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Planning regional coverage and staffing models
• Establishing and measuring group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
• Achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations

Qualifications Include:

• Successful track record in information systems implementation of client experience management
• At least 5 years People Manager experience
• P&L responsibility for at least 3 years
• Experience managing high level client relationships and escalations
