Job Summary
A digital analytics consulting is in need of a Remote IT Client Success Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Surveying clients to establish a Net Promoter Score every 6 months.
- Participating in key meetings, such as kick-off calls, client check-ins, and project close-outs
- Identifying high-risk clients and work towards mitigation of issues or problems the client is facing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work directly with the Head of Global Client Success to organize on-site client visits
- 3 years of proven experience working with executive stakeholders
- A passion for assisting the client, and the internal teams
- A high degree of patience and tenacity
