Job Summary
A global science and technology manufacturing company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Commercial Systems Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary IT-BRM (Business Relationship Manager) for the Commercial Operations organization
- Building strong partnerships with the global business partners to understand the business architecture and create a Technology Architecture that creates maximum value
- Effectively leading the key IT Operations activities including strategic planning and execution, architectural design decisions and resource planning
Position Requirements Include:
- Validated experience supervising sophisticated global CRM Application deployments
- Broad expertise in SFDC (SalesForce) Platform – across SaaS and PaaS capabilities – including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud
- Preferred experience with Field Service Lightning and/or Configure-Price-Quote solutions
- Ability to synthesize complex business requirements into functional design elements and drive innovative solution delivery
- Ability to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals
- Consistent record of leading sophisticated, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions
