Job Summary
A research and learning publication company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as subject matter expert on compliance and privacy regulations (SOX, SOC, GDPR, CCPA, etc)
- Working with external auditors to identify compliance gaps (SOX, SOC, NIST, etc.)
- Designing and implementing new business process to close compliance and data privacy gaps
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years experience in an audit or consulting role
- Knowledge of IT audits and assessments such as SOX, SOC, general risk/vulnerability assessments, etc
- Knowledge of IT compliance principles and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS etc
- Experience writing documentation for a broad audience, and presenting this documentation to clients
- An interest in obtaining, or a current certification in CISSP, GSEC or other relevant certifications from organizations such as (ISC)2 or GIAC
