Job Summary

A management and IT consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote IT Consulting Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Lead Discovery workshops with variety of stakeholders to understand the requirements for numerous lines of business; both B2C & B2B
  • Conduct a large-scale “As Is” analysis for a variety of legacy systems to be retired
  • Work with Solution Architect to identify the best product solution for storefront/inventory management & design the optimum “To Be” process

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis of cloud-based solutions
  • Thorough understanding of Business Process Management principles
  • Strong B2C experience and good understanding of UX theories
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Storefront or other eCommerce solution with payment processing
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce features and benefits; as well as common pain points Scrum Master
  • Certification or at least 3 years using Agile Scrum
