Job Summary

An IT solution provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Service Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Measuring and analyzing reporting metrics
  • Managing service delivery including but not limited to call volume, quality control, workflow management and reporting
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4-6 years of customer service experience or related public relations experience. 0-2 years of management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and supervise staff for maximum efficiency
  • Advanced problem solving and interpersonal skills
