Job Summary

A shipping and package delivery company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Solutions Principal in Memphis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the Implementation and product development agile teams to define and review solution specifications for core and edge product deliverables
• Provide communication on solution, product enhancements and status of implementation activities
• Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy used in customer implementations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math required with 8-10 years of experience as minimum
• Experience in configuration, implementation, customizations, and enhancements in Enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for 3PL customers
• Demonstrate good understanding of the Warehouse Management related business process flows
• Demonstrate knowledge on the typical integrations such as between an ERP and WMS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
