Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Customer Success Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging in the escalation and priority of support tickets created by clients
  • Providing clients with technical architecture recommendations
  • Providing product demonstrations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of time
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' enterprise customer facing experience
  • Experience with Web Application Servers
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management or Federation
