Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Customer Success Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging in the escalation and priority of support tickets created by clients
- Providing clients with technical architecture recommendations
- Providing product demonstrations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of time
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' enterprise customer facing experience
- Experience with Web Application Servers
- Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Experience with Identity Management, Access Management or Federation
