Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote IT Customer Success Global Accounts Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Aligning with the executive team around key metrics and objectives
  • Leading the creation of onboarding, enablement and skill set development for the CSM function
  • Coaching team in establishing themselves as trusted advisors

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, program management, and/or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience running customer-facing teams
  • Proficiency and knowledge of the cloud native SDLC
  • Previous experience with SaaS based solutions
  • Demonstrated willingness to aggressively learn new things
  • Strong experience with software renewal activity in a SAAS and subscription-based business model
