Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Transition calls with key stakeholders to outline the general onboarding plan and timetable
- Have conversations with customers to unearth reasons why messaging matters to them and help them
- Plan and organize the data customers send to their account, and how they’ll use it to power effective campaigns and newsletters
