Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing reports and projections based on analysis
  • Identifying trends in data performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to review customer data and forecasts needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to administer, design and maintain custom business intelligence reports
  • Experience in the effective use of data provided by customers to create overall benefit assessment
  • Ability to administer, design and maintain real time enterprise dashboards
  • Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems
  • Bachelor's in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline
  • 10 years of experience
