Job Summary

A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting or exceeding all customer success metric targets for your assigned customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of the customer's giving and fundraising goals
  • Mentoring and educating non-tech-savvy customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS-oriented customer success management function
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. MBA/Consulting experience
  • Proven ability to build strategic and impactful customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, G-Suite, Tableau, and others
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering executive business reviews
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
