A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting or exceeding all customer success metric targets for your assigned customers
- Developing a deep understanding of the customer's giving and fundraising goals
- Mentoring and educating non-tech-savvy customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS-oriented customer success management function
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. MBA/Consulting experience
- Proven ability to build strategic and impactful customer relationships
- Familiarity with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, G-Suite, Tableau, and others
- Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering executive business reviews
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
