Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Customer Success Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies
- Lead and mentor our services, onboarding, and compliance teams to achieve customer outcomes
- Improve KPIs, support high performance, and establish career path opportunities for the project management and compliance team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in a sales or success operations role
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and CS systems (Totango, Vitally, Churnzero)
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Experience with SaaS oriented Customer success function as outlined above
- Solid technical foundation from prior Engineering, Professional Services, Support or Operations roles
- Prior experience in end-to-end Services or Support Operations in a Strategy or Management capacity
