Job Summary
A content delivery network and DDoS mitigation company is in need of a Remote IT Customer Success Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Add efficiency to our operations and enabling us to move faster and more efficiently
- Create internal guides and external customer-facing assets that support successful Project execution
- Make strategic recommendations on how the Project should evolve
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years working on customer success projects working in a similar capacity within CS teams
- Proven track record of working across global stakeholders and making strategic recommendations
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills
- Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills
- Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills
