Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote IT Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing world class support for our customers
  • Investigating and resolving issues
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for existing or new Product

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to attend conferences and meet with team members from across the globe
  • 2+ years of support or equivalent experience in a customer facing role
  • Basic understanding of Computer Networks (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL)
  • Fundamental knowledge of web programming and standards
  • Experience with any server side programming
  • Familiarity with Linux/UNIX or Mac Terminal command-line and simple scripting
