A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Customer Support Engineer in Hamilton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering remarkable customer support experiences
- Interacting with a diverse group of customers, developers, testers, administrators, and project teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have software technical support experience
- Has worked with Salesforce application software technical support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong investigation skills including problem solving techniques such as java code debugging
- Exposure to various supporting software tools to aid in performance monitoring and error detection
- Experience working and configuring application servers, such as Apache Tomcat and JBOSS
