Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote IT Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process
  • Assist customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment
  • Maintain appropriate response times and abandon rates as defined in the department’s goals

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Cover shifts 6am-6pm or 11pm- 7am
  • Some prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • IT background
