Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote IT Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process
- Assist customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment
- Maintain appropriate response times and abandon rates as defined in the department’s goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Cover shifts 6am-6pm or 11pm- 7am
- Some prior customer service experience
- Excellent communications skills
- IT background
