Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider is seeking a Remote IT Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing and evaluating the overall delivery of the team and acts to address issues when necessary
  • Ensuring the team has a well-defined backlog of valuable work
  • Helping the product owner and team members to prioritize initiatives and sprint releases

Position Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Lean leadership principle
  • 5+ years' software SDLC design, development, and delivery experience.
  • Experience with programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, C#, C++, PHP, etc.)
  • Experience with supporting mainframe infrastructure.
  • Software development or technology background with strong knowledge of relevant technical disciplines.
