Job Summary
A website management platform company is in need of a Remote IT Engagement Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing platform feedback to the product team
- Coordinating delivery oflarge and small scale site migrations from legacy hosting to Pantheon
- Acting as a communication point between the customer and the PS Engagement Managers for issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with the Drupal/Wordpress development community and technologies/tools
- Experience managing multiple projects
- BA or BS or equivalent experience
- The ability to both assure a customer that we are there for them, while also setting boundaries
- Experience resetting expectations and discussing scope
- Can translate customer needs into tickets/comments for the rest of the PS team
