A health and fertility care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Engineer in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining our infrastructure
  • Working on internal and cross-departmental projects
  • Resolving tier 3 escalations from our help desk and more broadly, making everything better

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Meraki expertise
  • Google Workspace and/or ChromeOS expertise
  • DEP-enrolled MacOS/iOS administration expertise
  • Extensive TCP/IP troubleshooting experience
