Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer is seeking a Remote IT Facilities Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating new remote facilities implementations and existing remote facilities relocations
  • Managing IT Facilities Support Queue monitoring and ensures constant SLA compliance
  • Coordinating the scheduling of all implementations and relocations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education & experience with major course work in a discipline related to requirements of position
  • 1 to 3 years of directly related job experience
  • Demonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinking
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of project coordination
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of organizing people, tasks, and activities to yield efficient work flow
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
