- Creating and maintaining an agile project management methodology and governance process
- Designing and deploying centralized and consistent PPM agile processes, frameworks, etc
- Engaging program leadership with transformation change management efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of relevant scrum master, agile project management work experience
- A strong analytical foundation in a compex, global organization
- Ability to work with financial and business systems
- Passion in evolving agile project management processes across functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility and high-impact agile releases
- Functional depth regarding SAFE frameworks, agile industry standards, etc
