Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote IT Global Partner Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement industry best practices for global vendor management
- Manage existing partnership relationships in Europe, LATAM and Asia Pacific for execution of all regional service contracts
- Operationalize service level agreements and ensuring partner is executing to those agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior experience in coordination and management of IT hardware projects
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination and/or program management with clients
- Must have at least 3 years of ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) project and/or customer management experience
- Prior experience with managing service providers and partners globally
- Proven success of building and implementing processes
- Intermediate to Advanced Level Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
