Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote IT Global Sales Onboarding Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the learning experience for new hire sales team globally
- Use program management skills to oversee the complexity of the global program
- Use instructional design experience to make suggestions to best align with adult learning theory
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years experience using formal learning models to develop effective learning solutions
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a rapid-development environment and/or technology-based environment
- 2+ years working in sales or Sales Enablement
- Experience applying instructional design for learning
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Accelerated Learning techniques or other techniques
