Job Summary
A healthcare IT solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Healthcare Solutions Client Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing survey design
- Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting client listening posts and mechanisms
- Providing administrative support by organizing, maintaining, and updating project plans, schedules, and file maintenance
Required Skills:
- 2+ year of experience in client facing role
- Bachelor's Degree.Or, any combination of education and experience
- 2+ year experience working with large and/or complex data files
- Best practices of survey design and reporting, fundamental data analytics tools and processes.
