Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company is in need of a Remote IT Help Desk Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
  • Install and update desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, networks, and related software
  • Assist end-users in resolving complex technical problems with white glove service

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years technical training, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of technical or customer support experience
  • Eager to collaborate in a team environment focused on building a first class tech stack
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently when necessary
  • High EQ and a sense of humor
