Job Summary
A digital customer engagement services company is in need of a Remote IT Help Desk Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
- Install and update desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, networks, and related software
- Assist end-users in resolving complex technical problems with white glove service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years technical training, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technical or customer support experience
- Eager to collaborate in a team environment focused on building a first class tech stack
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently when necessary
- High EQ and a sense of humor
