Job Summary

A 3D printing and manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Help Desk Support.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing a variety of computer systems help desk administration and support tasks
  • Gathering appropriate information to properly troubleshoot throughout the lifecycle of tickets
  • Restoring service and/or identify and correct core problems

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12+ months of relevant experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment
  • Able to to manage, support and Coordinate End-User account administration, activation, etc
  • Able to to manage, maintain and troubleshoot devices and software remotely over the Network
  • Able to open, update, track and close tickets in the ticket management system
