Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote IT Inbound Call Center Representative in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting Level 2 problems
  • Learning the policies and procedures for their work area
  • Documenting service orders and perform follow up of completed orders

Required Skills:

  • Must complete IT Help Desk technical assessment
  • Solid trouble shooting skills
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent
