Job Summary

A pet insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst in Overland Park.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining, monitoring, supporting, and assisting in the implementation and optimization of IT infrastructure
• Diagnosing and resolving complex IT (including Cloud/SaaS) infrastructure issues as they arise
• Supporting our system backup/restore processes, patch management procedures, logging, and monitoring

Position Requirements Include:

• Two years of IT infrastructure experience or IT security experience (Azure/AWS Cloud-based experience preferred)
• Experience with Azure AD Administration
• Experience administering or supporting the administration of a Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience with log maintenance and review across systems and applications
• Experience with SIEM or IT monitoring and alerting systems
