- Assisting internal sales teams with product training and updates
- Assisting field sales teams with access to quick access to relevant information
- Providing product demonstrations for potential customers, consultants, and channel partners

- Technical knowledge or specialty knowledge in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture
- Experience managing technical pre-sales processes with a team of sales professionals
