Job Summary
A research software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build out and manage our IT Operations and Helpdesk support efforts
- Work with our PeopleOps team to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding for employees from hardware/software to training
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years in an IT engineering, infrastructure operations, or systems architecture role
- Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases, developing policy and procedure, and identifying areas to mature IT capabilities
- Experience working at a small to medium scale technology startup environment with remote support
