Job Summary

An IT consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Evolve and establish project planning standards to provide a consistent experience to our customers across all our Services
• Drive and scale our services project management function to meet the demands of a growing Services business
• Own financial force data and tool that will be the key engine for operating the services business and revenue tracking

Position Requirements Include:

• Prior experience in managing complex P&L and establishing services operations in a software company
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Prior experience in training and enabling offshore team members and successfully demonstrating customer success with offshore team delivery
• Excellent leader with a passion for developing and coaching teams, and driving a cooperative and accountable team environment
• Skilled negotiator and communicator that drives operational excellence
• Min 7-10 years of experience leading, scaling and developing a project management team in project management in SaaS, or technology consulting organizations
