Job Summary
An insurance business solutions company has a current position open for a Remote IT Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership, manage and operate the company’s internal IT Service Desk/Help Desk
- Driving measurable Service efficiencies, develop and deliver on SLAs and KPIs for the team
- Driving adoption of and prepare the team for rolling out new products, migrations, upgrades, deployments and service releases
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field
- 8+ years of leadership experience in IT operations
- Experience working within IT Service Management (ServiceNow) and InContact
- Understanding of incident and problem resolution methodologies
