Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote IT Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Insuring data integrity, completeness, and accessibility across our CRM and Analytics tools
  • Building and implementing a compelling operations strategy
  • Driving productivity in our team by gathering, prioritizing, and resolving internal requests

Required Skills:

  • Travel together at least once a year (in normal times) at our team retreat
  • Experienced in maintaining a modern SaaS stack
  • You're a problem solver by heart
  • Strong communicator and have experience collaborating with a distributed team and multiple stakeholders
  • Experienced in maintaining cloud-based CRM and Analytics tools, and processing data from multiple sources such as HubSpot or Domo
