A food delivery company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Operations Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engaging in improving the whole lifecycle of IT End User Compute services
  • Resolving operational incidents and requests
  • Maintaining services by measuring and monitoring indicators

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A proven track record of success as an IT Operations Engineer
  • Recent non-trivial coding experience in at least one programming language
  • Experience with Google Workplace Administration and Google Cloud Identity
  • Experience with Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Linux
  • Knowledge of Data security and identity
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience
