Job Summary
An independent network of healthcare and scientific communications agency is in need of a Remote IT Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining high performing service support functions
- Leading the infrastructure and desktop management functions
- Making recommendations for service improvement plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience
- 5-7 years of technology/systems implementation management experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of service delivery management experience
- 3-5 years as a People Manager leading an IT Team
- Microsoft 365 & Azure administration experience
