Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Remote IT Operations Specialist will manage client onboarding, account access management, and technical support while working 25 hours a week from home with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding and manage access to financial and business systems
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving
- Assist with process improvement and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in an IT-related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and its tools
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Confidence in client communication, both written and verbal
- Desire and ability to improve processes with minimal oversight
