To support a growing team, the part-time Remote IT Operations Specialist will manage client onboarding, account access management, and technical support while working 25 hours a week from home with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate client onboarding and manage access to financial and business systems
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving

Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in an IT-related role
