Job Summary
A global experience company is seeking a Remote IT Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting CSR in a professionally manner to provide excellent customer service
- Assisting Supervisor with day to day Operations
- Actively coaching others on how to respond to a variety of customer needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years in customer service required ideally, in the health care industry
- Stable work History
- Professional appearance
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
- Ability to pass all skill assessments including demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications
