Job Summary
An IT and engineering firm has a current position open for a Remote Operations Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and specialized operational support
- Make travel arrangements, coordinate meeting plans, and schedule appointments
- Contact company personnel at all organizational levels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires 5 to 7 years with BS/BA
- Minimum of 5 years of office manager
- 6 years of relevant experience, may besubstituted in lieu of degree requirement
- Must have Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle matters and information with discretion and diplomacy and to have a security mindset
- Working knowledge of Human Resources policy and procedures
