Job Summary

A medical device manufacturing company is in need of a Remote IT Organizational Change Management Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing a structured change management methodology
  • Preparing for change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organization's change readiness
  • Conducting detailed investigations to identify team members impacted by the change

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of validated ability in IT Industry
  • Proficient experience in working with teams with varied strengths
  • Experience with and deep knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and tools
  • Experience in multi-functional areas or leading multi-functional organizational projects
  • Validated knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles
