An agriculture support and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Organizational Effectiveness Leader in Wilmington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategizing and implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Analyzing, capturing, and optimizing key processes and interactions
- Managing large budgets with attention to detail
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience including managing large budgets
- Experience in organizational design and change management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Finance or related fields
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to lead in a team-oriented environment
