Job Summary
A free and open search company has a current position open for a Remote IT PMO Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and deploying IT PMO process improvements
- Driving an intake strategy and prioritization framework
- Implementing balanced scorecards/dashboards to report on technology portfolio health
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years leading IT PMO processes and tool adoption, technology strategic planning and budgeting spanning
- Deep understanding of current and emerging project, program and portfolio management best practices
- Track record of establishing credibility with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members
- Outstanding discernment with an understanding of business drivers and of how to drive value to the customer
- Unrelenting focus on results and problem solving
- Adaptive in the face of change, iterative in your designing process and consider feedback or failure as motivation
